Better Bites products are produced under California’s Cottage Food Law.
- All products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government food safety inspections
- Products are not evaluated by the FDA
- Products are intended as whole food blends and are not supplements or medical products
- We do not make medical or health claims
Allergen Notice:
Our products may contain or be processed in a kitchen that handles:
- Nuts
- Seeds
- Other common allergens
If you have allergies, please review ingredients carefully before purchasing.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

ORDERS & PAYMENT
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities purchased
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized use
All payments must be made through approved Shopify payment methods.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days
- We currently ship within California only in compliance with Cottage Food regulations
Once shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.
However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged or incorrect item), please contact us at:
